What is this and how do I fix it??

After I tried to unravel an item, a pop-up window appeared saying that an error had ocurred. Then I remembered that one of the mods was to blame (Skins Extender, I believe), so I disabled it. And now I have this:

It's a server error, so you wait for the server to stop being broken. Fortnite, Roblox, Dead by Daylight, Rainbow Six, and plenty of other things are all down right now. I'm suspecting it may be a Bearger related outage. We're in the thick of Autumn, so I wouldn't be surprised if he walked into the walls of a major server hosting building and they instantly got destroyed because a Giant walked into them.

Yeah this is a collective issue at the moment. I couldn't connect to servers from the server list, then I restarted my Steam, and now it showed me this:

Asked a friend, and he got the same thing.
