Exclusive skins are divided into "Exclusive Exclusive Skin" with special effects or colors and "Normal Exclusive Skin" without, and both will be distributed as exclusive bonuses, while only the Normal will reprints.

This idea fulfills the following currently identified needs:

- Make currently unavailable skins available.
- Relieve people who previously spent a lot of money to acquire exclusive skins.
- Make actual exclusive skins be special.
- Make be able to use skins both effects and not effects.
- *sigh* Make scalpers feel bad.

maybe just make proof of purchase is untradeable so people dont try to be scalper at all.. u only show them off on steam page anyway and when it applied to in game item noone really care bout the rarity tag anyway. 

people dont have the skin being "proof of purchase" of merch not because they are cheap. sometimes people just cant buy item from overseas easily. 
if i want the item purchased, the delivery will took months and cost multiple times than the product itself.
and no guarantee they will arrive safely.

why do u need to be special anyway? does it make you proud when u the only one who stand in server with full shining armor of timelimited proof of purchased skins?
or waiting for someone to beg u to sweep their poor as$ skinless items?

I think they should give early access players a jury-rigged portal player icon & character background because that would be sick as hell. I don't really care about the exclusivity of things someone bought, spending money isn't cool.

Proof of Purchase also needs a distinct rarity color, it makes no sense for it to have the same shade of green color as Resurrected, other skin rarities with duplicates also operate on the principle of different rarity colors.

I would frankly prefer a glow or sparkle effect as opposed to different colors on the skins, different skin palette could very easily be a complete visual downgrade, can't really go wrong with fancy glow effect.

Scalpers are already getting screwed over on 1st of january 2028, as all unclaimed codes will have expired by then

I think there should be something visually different between original special skins and ones that became obtainable later. Not just a different color of the text when crafting it. I want everyone to have the ability to get a skin that they missed out on, but I also value the difference between original owners and ones who got it later. A small particle effect or a recolor is fine.
