No, King Crimson would let you skip forwards in time 10 seconds so that the update downloads faster. If you're thinking of its sub-ability Epitaph, then that would let you know what the patch notes are a mere couple dozen seconds before you otherwise would have read them.

Made in Heaven accelerates time faster & faster until the universe is destroyed and then reborn, and it continues accelerating time until the point where it first started accelerating time. In this new universe everyone knows what their fate is because they were alive for the acceleration event. 

Although I guess Pucci did pause the acceleration to mess with Emporio for no reason, so you might be able to just keep it paused indefinitely and only use it to skip to the update releasing. But it would be apocalyptic.
