Hello Klei team,

Thank you for the recent change in the beta where hard armor hats (Dreadstone Crown, Thulecite Crown, W.A.R.B.I.S. Helm) now cause boulders from the new Boulderbough tree to bounce off, preventing player damage. This is a great and logical mechanic!

However, this update has highlighted an existing inconsistency with another similar damage source: small falling rocks from ordinary earthquakes.

Currently, the Hardwood Hat (a wooden helmet) provides 100% damage immunity for the player against all falling debris during an earthquake. Its tooltip even states: "Absorbs the impact of falling objects."

Meanwhile, the much heavier and explicitly "hard" armors (Dreadstone, Thulecite, and W.A.R.B.I.S. helmets) do not block any damage from these smaller earthquake rocks, which feels counterintuitive. If these massive, sturdy helmets can deflect a giant boulder from a tree, it logically follows that they should also protect the player from smaller falling stones.

And Scrappy Chapauldron immunes to junk piles Scrappy Werepig throws. But it is useless to both earthquake and boulderbough. This really confuses me.

Hopefully the Miner Hat receives such a change, too. You'd think a hat with such a name would prevent damage from earthquake debris and other falling rocks, but nope.
