Waywarbler
It'd be nice if the scrapbook had an extra line for creatures showing what their reaction to electric damage is. Could look something like this: 19 2 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/167582-electric-damages-effect-for-each-creature-could-be-in-the-scrapbook-concept/ Share on other sites
Frashaw27
I feel the scrap book has a lot of potential that is going underutilized. For example, scannable mobs by JIMMY could list how much bio data they give, fertilizers could show how much hp they give to Wormwood, It could list how Maxwell has 0 sanity drain from the Dark armors, ect. Adding dynamism is something I'm sure the developers could never truly do, reasonably, but I also think that is apart of the reason why I feel the scrapbook is always feeling lacking. 2 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/167582-electric-damages-effect-for-each-creature-could-be-in-the-scrapbook-concept/#findComment-1831896 Share on other sites
ZeRoboButler
At this point, dst has so many moving parts, I'm not surprised that some stuff gets overlooked. So many intertwined interactions and scenarios, but this would be great, if the scrap book is for informing the player in game, only makes sense that it be included. It does seem like it would set a precedent, where more things would have descriptors of them being sleep-able, freezable or ignitable. 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/167582-electric-damages-effect-for-each-creature-could-be-in-the-scrapbook-concept/#findComment-1832003 Share on other sites

Developer omar_klei Posted August 17, 2025 Developer Share Posted August 17, 2025 Initially, we were going to do this, but figured it should also come along with extra info indicating if a mob is able to be slept, burned, or frozen too. So we decided to leave it for the future when we have time to do all those and have a potential update to the scrapbook. Not a promise, however! 🙂 12 2 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/167582-electric-damages-effect-for-each-creature-could-be-in-the-scrapbook-concept/#findComment-1832064 Share on other sites
