Your asking for something that might be possible on PC, maybe (I doubt it) but would absolutely and I mean without any shadow of a doubt, instantly crash &/or make an Xbox/Playstation and extra especially the Nintendo Switch Overheat & Explode.

No I’m not being overly dramatic, the Xbox Series S already overheats and shuts itself off while playing a high graphics demanding game like Ark Survival.

This would quite literally be impossible to exist, your not just wanting to rollback a players death, your wanting to rollback any progress or combat they engaged in on a player by player basis.

The game can not “Rollback” your boat, should you get ambushed by monkey at sea, killed and the boat continue traveling forward to smash into a wall and break.

and: then the game has to track where you died, and if it was out at sea like the following example: It has to spawn you a boat to land on or else your just getting dumped out right into the ocean.

Theres already literally a 1 minute and 40 second loading difference between Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S when attempting a World Rollback.

This would never exist in DST… and if it does I’ll have a million questions how it would work.

Bro whoa, what? I’m not proposing some hyper interactive time manipulation feature like Braid or something. This is literally save state / load state. Console games have had it for decades.
