The game has currently hard crashed on ps5 when entering the server browser for several days now and i haven't even seen a peep from a developer about it.

exactly as the title says.

attempting to use the server browser for anywhere more than 5 seconds will typically immediately crash the game, i've deleted my save data and tested without any, its inherent to the console version.

seriously klei, this is disappointing. if you aren't going to make a ps5/next gen version atleast have the ps4 version work correctly.

I tought that it was only with me... and when i log into the game after this i've lost my data -.- gotta kill fuelweaver again

more info on this: it seems to crash depending on server amount displayed,

if you manage to menu before the game loads all the servers in the standard format of "any" to "relaxed" (one of the lower populated server type) it miraculously wont crash, however doing this is opening yourself up to data corruption because it very likely WILL crash before you even manage to menu your way to that option.

the fact that the only way to avoid this data corrupting crash is to put yourself in the crossfire of it is horrible.

Just tested it myself. Crashed two times in a row within seconds of opening Browse Servers.

Hmm, this is strange! This was fixed during the [313] update in March! How on earth did it happen again during no game update? Hope it gets fixed for ya'll :]

This should be fixed now, sorry for the inconvenience it cause everyone.
