We need a duplicant room sensor

Basically a critter sensor but for dupes. Would make door automation so much easier

You need to install a bunch of them and run a lot of automation wire, unless you want to trap dupes when automating doors. Room design needs to account for this and it can be a pain.

I use a lot of door animation to make the most of dupe labor, for example ensuring that errands are assigned to autosweepers.

I used to do this, I probably will need to again. Separating the dupes to cut down on pathing and options. Doors help a lot with that.
