I mean after I grab the big skills that totally change my kit having inoffensive things I can use to finetune my naughty/nice alignment are at least decent.

I won't call the filler ideal, but it doesn't bother me as much because there is still play where it enables me to commit hard to certain gimmicks. If the knapnet gets in I can toy around with the goofy things you can do with captured animals, I can free up a lot of points using poor living creatures as a souls battery cheaply and easily.

Its still one of the stronger trees I've played for the psychotic things you can do with the capstone skills even if a limitation on the tree as a whole is its focus on capstone skills.

There are some Wortox adjustments that haven't made it to the Beta branch. That's still being worked on so I can't provide details, but I do know that there are some things people have been providing feedback for that are still being addressed. Whether it makes it to the Thursday update or a hotfix shortly afterward, I won't know until we get there.

Short answer: ABSOLUTELY!

 

Long answer: I think that the doom and gloom mindset doesn’t get us anywhere. I also believe that there are some things that should be changed, but overall I’m satisfied.

Are there going to be any more Wendy changes? Things like Haunt RNG, the Graves line, and Blessed Sisturn III could still use a few adjustments. Probably the alignments too, but I can’t test those.

no we are not happy, and wendy got way more updates dont come out with that that she got no updates

She got tons of updates way more then both of them but u gotta look at it this way your not gonna get everything that you want like with Wolfgang skill tree it just makes him stronger that's it no fun abilities or anything like that it doesn't mean that they are a bad character or anything and some people like it I think why they are going so hard on walter it's because he was bad from the start so they have to make up for it with the skill tree but wortox is crazy good probably one of the best supports in the whole game so I understand why they don't wanna make his skill tree crazier then it already is

Also wendy are has decreases damage and her ghost insta died to bosses which is why they worked on her skill tree alot also

Wendy’s tree was massively under-tuned at first and needed some major updates. A lot of the later stuff was aesthetic and balance changes since Klei accidentally made Abby unkillable like three different times. Meanwhile, some of the major issues with Wendy’s tree have persisted since almost the beginning. Wortox deserves his updates, but Wendy still needs work too.

As we talk about QoL for Walter, could there be implemented an option to quickly open Woby by clicking an item on her while mounted? Or maybe "Store" option at least.

Now you default to examine, so you have to put held item into your eq, drop the other item, open Woby, store said item and pick the other item back up.

That’s fair. I don’t feel like I’m qualified to give feedback on Wortox’s tree since he was previously one of my least favorite characters, and his skill tree basically just brought him up to a character I would actually enjoy playing (I really value AoE and fun combat stuff). I do like his naughty side a lot for the most part, and his nice side is quite useful for multiplayer (the only time I would ever play Wortox). I’m just not a huge fan of Cloudy Carmine, personally. For anything else, I’ll default to the players who understand him better, just as I would hope they would do for other characters.

That's how I view it, at least. I enjoy discussing things on forums plenty, and there were times where I convinced people of my points, and there were times where I was convinced of other people's points... But more often than not, the discussion is mostly for the discussion's sake, or to convince other people who are reading, because sometimes it's really obvious that there is no chance that either side will convince the other.

and thats why i learned to start to just stop talkin to the other side, simply because i have seen enought of this world and analysed human behaviors that to know its not worth to talk much more to them, nothing will change, everything will stay the same
