Seriously, why can't Brambleshade Armor share skins with Bramble Husk?

Recommended Posts

I meant to bring this up a long time ago but never remember to do it. Brambleshade is to Wormwood what Elding spear and Commander helmet are to Wigfrid, and compared to Elding spear and Commander helmet Brambleshade Armor inherits Bramble Husk's skins makes more sense , because it is made from Bramble Husk,  it is an upgrade version of Bramble Husk, whereas Elding spear and battle spear don't have similar recipe , Commander Helmet and Battle Helmet don't share same materials either.
Did Klei forget that Bramble Husk has a skin? I believe it's called "Overgrowing Husk" from the Ancient series.

I had to point out how puffy and breezy vest are the same sprite just different colored when the skin for it dropped, and they gave us a different skin!
At this point I am pretty sure the devs pride themselves in all of its inconsistencies or they are just very forgetful who knows, now maybe it’s too late, unless.

Brambleshade armor was introduced in a skill tree tweak patch a while after the skin for the bramble husk was added.

my assumption is that they didnt have the time to make a new skin for the brambleshade then or they just forgot.

according to the “rules” skins seem to follow, any bramble husk skins should totally apply to the brambleshade armor.

Its such an odd thing actually considering we already have an "Upgrade" skin compatibility with the wooden armor into scaled armor

Thank you guys!
