still it's origin. Origin is origin, just because things doesnt look exactly like the origin doesnt mean it not their origin.

The moon is origin for both of those staff. That why it is called moon staff but not slightly curved cake staff, or croissant staff.

By that logic they are also originated by sun as that's where the light that makes that shape comes from. 

By that logic they are both originated from the gas clouds from billions of years ago. Get what I mean? 

If one of them is originated by the moon and the other is originated by the first thing, then the moon aspect stops being necessarily relevant. See bill cipher, my guy is literally THE illuminati. Nobody thinks about the deep state government or conspiracy theories when they see him though. One of them is originated from someplace and the other is originated by that already originated thing. Bill cipher is not necessarily connected to the deep state or politics. It's only connected to Illuminati which is then connected to whatever. Both staves could be independently connected to the moon, but that doesn't explain the insanely suspiciously similar curve/color scheme. Which is the point of this thread.

It's called crescent, which might or might not originate from the moon's visible shape when appear on the sky.

For the usual phases i agree with you, but eclipses maybe? for the longer arc of light, and how sharp the points are
