I admit that the 2nd version skill tree has less problems, but a lot yet. You can't believe they still thought Wendy is strong and nerf it in 3rd version.

ok, let me correct myself; no job is worth abandoning your family regardless of what kind of job it is.

the holiday is already started there. the traditional days off from work will be in a week and a half but the first week of december is the beginning of christmas socially. the company is canadian. christmas in the west is like lunar new year in china; it is technically only a couple days on the calendar but the christmas holiday is celebrated for the whole month of december with the intensity increasing as it gets closer to the actual day. it is also the biggest shared holiday with most people celebrating it to some degree or another. telling the staff that one does not want them to "forsake the quality of the game out of their love for the holidays" has the exact same implication as telling them to work instead of taking the holidays off.

Walter's skill tree hasn't even been fully finished while Wendy has more value per skill point than possibly Wortox and Walter combined. The only difference seems to be you guys trying to see how far you can push klei to buff Wendy until even Charlie has to give up her throne to her.

People are in fact criticizing Wortox and Walter's skill trees. You probably just didn't notice since you're most interested in Wendy. This is not to say that Wortox and Walter's trees suck or anything, just that this magic world where Wendy's skill tree is a dumpster fire whereas Walter's and Wortox's are universally beloved isn't real.

But at the end Klei did right by Wormwood and all his fans even if it took time after it was released. Wendy's skill tree doesn't need to be "perfect" right out of the gate, and expecting it to be match everyone's expectations all at once is an impossible task anyhow. 

Calling it terrible and seeing no reedemable quality however is where they need to cut their loses. It's where people aren't meeting them half way to share the vision they have.  If you absolutely without a doubt can't see where they're trying to go with the skills and the kind of gameplay it addresses... that's not feedback, that's wanting to take control.

 I don't think the community will be happy with anything Klei does with her tree. I believe that a lot of this is because the character has a wide variety of possibilities for evolving her attributes. You could have about three different characters just around her context.

My only issue with the tree is it still feels pretty.. jagged in its current state. The alignment skills are the best out of any survivors, team spirit 2 and 4 are ridiculously versatile, and so are half the new potion effects from mg 2.

The issue is mg1and 3 are undertuned to the point of being obsolete (along with many potion effects), wheras Graves by Wendy, potions 4 and ts 1 lack an identity compared to other perks associated with Wendy.

I wouldnt mind her tree taking a hit in some places if it meant all her skills were usable 

That said, for the most part its just balance, and basically none of the skills need full on reworks.

Your point about filler is great too. Woodui had the quick picker skills and a treeguard feller skills. Those skill lines are probably never used (except for the idol), and Woodies is still considered the best tree in the gane. As soon as people started saying the pipspook line needed to be reworked as a whole was when I gave up (Wendy could use a skill to force summon pipspooks, but thats beither here nor there)

May I remind you that there is a poll on forum? When I voted hours ago, no one choosed "very unsatisfied" for Wortox while same choice accounts for 40% when it comes to Wendy. There's no huge difference among 3 characters in total sample size.

And 80% Chinese players unsatisfied with Wendy, but we both like Wortox's skill tree. I am not lying, you can find this poll easly on forum. I don't understand why quite few people always ignore truth and attack randomly and blindly.

Polls on the forum are worthless right now. In polls, Wendy mains get to vote both on Wendy, and the other characters. This is the massive flaw of the polls.

There's no way a majority of Walter players are satisfied/very satisfied with their update. Poll says they are, though! Why would a poll with vastly, vastly more Wendy players than Walter players lie, though? One where Wendy players can vote on whether it seems like Walter players are satisfied? Polls can't lie! Lol

You guys got a little too greedy and lazy rigging that last poll, seriously. It's way too transparent, given that you also brigaded Walter threads saying "Walter is fine, Wendy is broken".

How long is the legal holiday duration for this festival? (✿◠‿◠) When does it start and end?

 As you referred to lunar new year, actually we can only take a rest for a week more or less according to policy. Lots of labours will go back home on the Eve of Spring Day and leave for work several days later.

so it has been about twelvish(golly almost thirteen) years since it was relevant to me so if it has changed in that time my apologies but december 24th, 25th and 26th are the recorded legal holiday for most workers but for students and government employees it varies and can start several days earlier and ending as late as the new year. a quick check says christmas and boxing day are still general holidays(which means you get paid and do not go into work if you work for the government) so i think it is still about the same now as then. for sure if someone is living in canada right now please correct me if i am outdated

There's no so-called xx mains, I hate this expression. I am just a player of DST, and we all are. I have experienced it over 1500 hours on Steam(not include DS), I enjoy playing all the characters instead of focusing on certain one.

So why people can't vote for other characters if they have voted for Wendy? Why it is not valid?
