Allow using brightshade bombs to close fissures (and add them to regrowth)

One thing I would be hopeful with is a way to “close”/break fissures in the way of various paths in the caves. While not inherently destructive, they can be quite annoying to deal with and a way to handle them later on would be nice.

I was thinking brightshade bombs would be a unique/fun way to close them, similar to how you can plug up krissures in shipwrecked by using coconades. To keep the utility of them being able to break outcrops, you could likely make it so they can only close fissures that are not currently experiencing the shadow rift effect.

To compensate for the theoretical idea someone could plug up every single fissure in the world and therefore make the trio impossible to spawn, adding a simple regrowth mechanic to spawn a fissure after a certain amount of time near where it originally was would be a fine solution, as long as it follows the general regrowth rules.

Lastly, I am primarily talking about the “normal” fissures themselves. Nightmare lights (and I suppose the “special” ones near the grotto/blue mush?) would not be impacted by these, just the normal ones.
