Allow us to change beefalo tendency once fully tamed

There are 4 tendencies, but it's hard to see a beefalo that is not rider or ornery. Maybe it's because players want to move faster and fight rather than sanity gain or an average beefalo, but I don't think that's a reason to not make them more accesible.

Beefalo-only foods are a thing, what if there was an special food to make them change tendency once fully tamed? A sour food for ornery, an spicy one for rider, a great meal for pudgy and a grass-y one for default. That could also solve another issue, that you have to spend more than 2 hours taming another beefalo if you get bored of your chosen tendency.

(+10k Sapo credits if you make the way of switching to pudgy eat a giant crop)

I don't know what other food would give the impression. Coffee beans, but they are nowhere to be found. 

This just gave me the idea of warly making beefalo foods. And maybe there could be a tool instead to remove the tendency but keep the same domestication. Maybe that tool can also be used to lock and unlock a tendency during and after domestication. And another tool to reset tendencies.

i was coming here to say "nah" to tendency swaps but low-key i actually kind of like this
