HumanBean150
Seedshells were buffed fairly recently to increase their damage by a lot, 2.5 times what it was. Before the buff they were a pretty bad ranged weapon, and I only ever used them for their ability to stun small mobs, for catching canaries. Since the buff though, all of the mobs that they used to stun (birds, carrats, crustashines, rabbits, moleworms, and wobsters, from what I can tell) are now immediately killed by them under most circumstances, which unfortunately makes them pretty difficult to stun. I definitely think that the damage buff was good for them overall, and makes them actually useful in more situations than just that niche, but it does feel a little sad for them to lose that niche. At the moment the stunning behavior is pretty much entirely lost, which I think is unfortunate. I'm not really sure what the change should be here - I don't think the damage buff should be reverted, I think it makes them more useful overall. Maybe a sort of damage falloff from where they hit, or reduced damage to stunnable mobs? I do think that the stunning mechanic is a neat feature and I would be sad to see it gone completely.
