This would encourage creating a completely frozen base. Gurgel Posted July 17, 2024 Share Posted July 17, 2024 The mechanism is that these dupes were simply printed without cold receptors. You see, dupes do not actually get damaged by heat or cold, because they are genetic ooze. It is all in their minds (including the dying) and hence not having those receptors does not cause them to be sensitive to higher temperatures. Also refer to "tummyless" dupes that do not need food because they have no stomach. Iit is all completely consistent with ONI lore!
