make bunnyman break rocks with his teeth

if they buff bunnyman so they can mine rocks it will give the player a reason to use them

The description is hillarious, but yes, if pigs are strong enough to "kill" a tree with their bare fists, then bunnymen should be strong against nature's structures too.

I can understand why you would want this.. Woodies Werebeaver teeth chomp can bust rocks.

However, one of the very few things that set Wurts Merms apart from Pigmen (at least till she gets her Skill Tree..) is that Merms can fist punch rocks.

If Bunnymen could do that, then there would be no need to hire Merms for the Job, OR for Non-Wurt Characters to wear clever disguise.

Not really. It'd only give players more options. Merms have a far more practical way to befriend them while bunnies require carrots. Bunnymen have less health and but more damage. Merms are also on the surface while bunnies are in the caves. You could relocate either but it gives options on both the surface and caves. I don't think bunnymen would suddenly box out the merms; it would only create more competition.

Both have their pros and cons.

merms will still be the best because merems can chop and mine but pig can only chop and i went bunnymen to only mine

you already have two reasons to use them.

extremely fast respawn and higher dps than pigs.

i know but nobody use them outside combat and even in combat they are used rarely for some bosses and if you are not in need of them for the bosses you will not have a reason to build them or think about them

I’d rather Pigs be the designated Chop, Merm Chop & Mine, Bunnymen to do something else..

In the Year of the Bunnyman update Klei added special animations for Bunnymen to burrow underground and I was hoping eventually this behavior would be used outside of the mini-game, but they could burrow under grasstufts and such and then pop back out uprooting them like a shovel.

Id.. I just feel like that fits better than biting rocks with their teeths

actually now that you mention it, this would indeed feel more suitable for an underground bunnyfolk

then the more fitting to them to make them do both digging and mining
