This can change of course, but it'd be a long wait since the game is still at the very start of early access with expected year or two of development. I'm sure there will be a big announcement regarding other platforms if they decide to release Rotwood on anything other than PC. The game seems very platform-friendly, I think it will end up in those even if it wasn't announce yet. But as you said, its very early in development so it will take a while to reach there.
