Idea for the seed shells to make them funner

They recently had a damage buff, but i think it would be fun if they bounced when thrown and could rack up damage since they will deal damage every time they hit the ground. The angle/distance they are thrown matters.

Maybe a damage nerf to compensate.

Nope, big spender bright staff. (These things still are soooo grindy and slow to get)

It's so funny how determined klei are to make ranged weapons suck. Seed shells deal dark sword damage when used by weeds but even after desiding to buff them, klei just couldn't help themselves and made them deal less damage when used by player anyways. 

I love your idea but it's not gonna happen, because we can't allow ranged weapons to be viable, even in niche scenarios.

Just see how dumb is BS staff. Rift content made the game easier instead of harder

I feel like ranged weapons are likely to be to be cooked up eventually eventually, but it'll take a while till there would be applicable uses for any. Though I'd prefer expansion on base weaponary and magic pre-rift and post-rift for better utility uses instead of having glorified matchsticks and snowball

Brightshade staff is only good on fuelweaver and only if you haven't beaten him before CC. On repeat fights it dosen't even make him easier because he is already a joke when you got thurible. Just makes the fight faster. 

The staff still sucks in my opinion, but at least it has some uses. 

Yeah ranged weapons in general suck. They're less weapons and more situational tools, which really sucks since they have so much potential. I think Klei could add more mob interactions for ranged weapons, like more ranged attacks for bosses like Bearger throwing boulders, to help integrate them into the game. 

I think Klei should consider a combat update, even if it's just QOL. It doesn't need to fundamentally overhaul everything but more variety and diffentiation between weapons could help balance them. Like making attack speed or range more of a relevant stat. More weapon specific perks or abilities. I enjoy the simplicity of DST's combat but more variety could spice things up, which could be done by making DST's more neglected items more viable.

It nullifies any group of enemies included the ink trio which was suppose to be new hard mode enemies...
