My thoughts for this game

*Character & Base Decorating


It would be nice to rotate the character while customizing. More species and colors too!
I wish we can change the time. Day / Dusk / Night like dst. There's only Day now.
And THERE MUST BE interactions with the chair. thinking of putting plushies on the chair or sit on with my friends who joined.

 


*NPC & Skills

I come up with ideas such like cook npc, since there's a dinnerware icon above the skill icon while the run

  • We can have a garlic salad bowl or some healthy fruit slush, ratatouille at the Nocturne Grove
  • Roasted veggie bowl, pumpkin soup, bûche de Noël at the Mother treek Forest
  • Web-ball (from cheese ball), WebInHell, Moss-apple sider, roasted pea at the Blisterbane Bog 
  • steamed Wollusk, lilli roll at the Molded grave

 

Monster tamer npc so we can take a pet like little minions. tamer can join the crew and come to our base.

 

Material merchant npc who sells materials for Teffra (or could it be Corestones?)

 

Npcs can grant some quests that reward decor items or corestones


I wish we can upgrade weapons and armors more than 3. There are so many cool skills but the strongest ones are all from Molded grave. It reduced variety of armor choices.
and there should be more such as bananas and veggie based skills at the shop. I like the banana skill so much <3


I think there will be dungeons with snow field or underwater?(Decreased dodge and speed) or a cave gimmick requires light because of darkness (so everyone should stay together)

The concept of the Monster Tamer could serve primarily as an aesthetic feature, allowing players to activate or deactivate their allies' pets, adding a charming cosmetic element to the game. Additionally, the introduction of a cook character aligns perfectly with the game's theme and would undoubtedly be an exciting inclusion! It appears there is already a meal icon located beneath our character's life bar during hunts, which further supports the notion. I loved these ideas!

Earlier playtests actually had a chef NPC, but the food system was quite half baked since all you did is craft food items with simple materials, and then it gives a simple buff for the entire run. 2 of the buffs it gave you are now Heartstone buffs instead. They're reworking cooking now most likely
