Infinite explosion build?

I accidentally seem to have come into a game breaking build in the nocturne grove

Im not sure what's going on exactly, but with this build, after hitting an enemy, it will blow up around 10 times, and if i its around other enemies, the explosions will build up the hitstreak, continuing the explosions

This allowed me to one cycle the owlitzer

PD I have figured out what happened.

I had a crit build that healed me after critting, and the gourdo spear that deals damage when I healed, so when I kickly got a crit, the spear activated and it dealt a crit itslef, creating a cycle of damaging until it didn't crit

We hit ~336,000 hit streak and hardlocked my partners computer with this bug. It has more to do with the spear and that one upgrade with the blue guy (top row, second from the right). You get in a feedback loop of heal+splosion because every heal causes an AOE to go off and when you mix in the explosion on top of it, its easier to get a loop kicked off.
