Armored ally mobs should NOT take boss damage when wearing armor

I think either by default or the power of One-Man-Band would make followers to not take boss levels of damage, or give us more options to armor them up to avoid them taking that damage.

Why? Because when armor is used on followers - the armor takes 2x damage due to boss damage multiplier. This is a stupid mechanic. You should allow us to face toadstool with bunnymen without them being whiped out immediately, use pigs as tanks or something to distract the bosses. Give us that DPS via followers that would stay ALIVE than get eviscerated in a minute, in ways we could prepare them to face the enemy.

I wouldn't mind high boss healths if we could get more follower dps to feel a lot more than less than reliable.

making minion spam work for everything would be pointless, people already keep hiveminding into spamming minions/pan flute against BQ and never try to do toadstool without glass axes/weather pains and with ham bat
