About Lazy Forager/Polly Rogers/Shadow Gatherer pickup filters

A long while ago there were some changes made to the lazy forager/polly rogers/shadow gatherer where they make sure to filter out many specific items that someone usually wouldn't want picked up.

I personally never really liked these changes all that much because it disregards many possible situations where someone might want a filtered item picked up, even if it seems silly at first on paper. I didn't mind the unfiltered state it was before because I felt it was perfectly within the player's control to equip/use these items/features when necessacary.

But what's done is done, the reason I bring this up again is the last patch uniquely brought the first client authoritative setting in the form of the boat hopping delay! Which is really nice and opens up the possibility for having a setting to adjust the possible filters for pickers like these from the client when the player uses them.

For a first pass I would appreciate a simple two option toggle for 'No filter' and 'Filtered' with the current specifications/filters it has now, possibly in the future multiple specific filtered options could be added? (e.g. If a person wants to exclude only equippables for example)
