Prevent errands of storing items to automatic dispenser if such item already within 1 blocks of automatic dispenser. So we can easily store items, but not make duplicants stuck at repeating storing the same items.

Maybe just don't pick them up within the area the immediate tile next to it where they drop?

Bulk storage (no matter what kind - compactors, dispensers, conveyor loaders) not set to "sweep only" is almost always a bad idea. Dupes don't care how far away or how small the debris piles are, they'll spend ages cleaning out some exploratory tunnel at the far end of the map. There are exceptions, but the are usually better handled by a compactor or shipping than by a dispenser.

That said, if you do want to do this, make the dispenser drop things into a position inaccessible by dupes, or accessible only to dupes who need the things, but can't reach the dispenser.
