Make Elding Spear not Obtainable before Moonstorm

Its skill doesn't restore durability for it before upgrading. So it's completely useless and is a fancy garbage before moon storm, that's 99% of the time before rifts.

Please delete its recipe before moonstorm, to prevent newbies from wasting their materials for crafting this garbage.

I mean, if free AoE is useless i guess by that logic Wendy is too. 

Incendiary rhetoric aside, the Elding Spear retains a lot of its utility pre-moonstorm in the form of literally free AoE as it still uses 0% durability per dash attack. you aren't forced to use it as a regular weapon if you want just this ability. sure, it's not as potent as characters as Wendy and Willow, but Wigfrid has a ton of built in on-hit benefits on top of her natural damage multiplier and reduction, and the on hit effects are gained for every mob hit during a dash as far as I remember from playing the beta.

I'd think this is at least somewhat useful still for newbies..

I haven’t had time to play the game since the new update dropped yet I’ve been busy helping my family with holiday stuff, but I plan to check the update out before the end of the night or more likely, maybe even tommorow (due to how long it’ll take to unlock skill points anyway..)

I just need to know one thing:

During the Beta players were able to use this spear to “Dash” Across small gaps of Water, which would have given Wigfrid something similar to Wortox’s short distance soul hops.

If the Spear still retains this gap hopping ability, then it will DEFIANTLY be useful to jump small gaps without having to plop a grass boat kit in the water every time you want to cross a small stream of water.

I think it's fine. Killing volt goats is relatively difficult... But there's risk of extinction.

Why are you the one deciding what items newbies want to use. If people want to use it early game, let them. If you think it's inefficient then don't craft it yourself.

There is no risk they are renewable, just gotta hold F on them until they die that's about it, they have no herd aggro.
