Is Woby Shadow-aligned?

This is a dumb question, I know, but incase you haven't seen the newest animaton, it ends with a shadow watcher petting Woby before disappearing, which kinda makes me feel like Woby could be Charlie's Dog

 

Incase you don't know, Woby isn't actually Walter's dog. His Curio Cabinet description says that Walter is looking for the owner of Woby, so he can give it back. What if the owner is Charlie?

That will be a heck of a plot twist. But there's also a plot twist where Wagstaff and Woby are somewhat related, they have the same nose !

Its funny how shadows used to terrorize survivors, but when a new, serious threat steps into the ring (Wagstaff Dont Stave), shadows now trying to be on survivors good side.

In general, there were many hints that the Shadow Watcher used to be a human, so it's not surprising that he doesn't attack survivors on his own, but just looks. Perhaps the Shadow Watcher is the lost owner of the dog Woby.
