Jakepeng99 Posted September 15, 2023 Share Posted September 15, 2023 There is alot of spear skins but merm flortifications are more complex art wise than something like a firestaff, though it would be cool to have a flortification skin based around each spear skin- Imagine a bee Merm flortification skin for the bumble spear. Flortifications look meh and you often build alot of them so i would love it if they were to be introduced. This has nothing to do with a beta or anything, Klei will always add some skins in updates, and i never said merm flortification skins would replace an update. I have 3-4 spear skins and I'd really like for florts to have a corresponding skin, but realistically, that's klei working for free. I do want more skins though, and I welcome seeing more. I wish that pigs, merms and bunnies had corresponding skins that reflect on their houses. They made a skin for a rock so we will see. Imagine being able to personalize your game for your enjoyment with simple instructions, the Don't Starve of your dreams. I will write "Make the forge skin for Wurt", the AI will say "Yes, master; done. Anything else?" By then, you will finally be able to make the spears skins compatible with the merm flortifications, chester, cobblestones, and anything you desire. While I am personally AGAINST this, the AI could be trained on the don't starve artstyle and it would be undistinguishable when it gets more advanced.
