Give WX more circuit slots in their skill tree

As per the title, I think WX should get more circuit slots in their skill tree.

Having more slots allows for more fun combos as WX!

I would call it "Overclocking" and there should be a downside for going over the circuit limit, for instance increased hunger drain multiplier.

You can still use the default circuit limit, but going over limit will cost you.

Hahaha yeah like battery drain, sure you can have all those circuits active at once, but just like a child’s battery operated toy, when the batteries start dying it moves slower with distorted disturbing voice.

Would be funny to see WX players trying to apply more circuits for faster Speeeddd only to infact- Slow themselves down from battery drain.
