ZeRoboButler Posted August 9, 2023 Share Posted August 9, 2023 Not the foggiest idea who they could possibly choose next for skill trees, nor do I have an idea on when the next beta will be out. Kinda just wanted to put this out there to see if anyone else had any thoughts on who is next in line, or when they think we will see the first instance of them. (got this weird mix of impatience and excitement and I have no clue what to do with it lol) although, If I could choose who I would want in the next set of skill trees, I would love to see Warly in there amongst the next three. (stemming from a place of bias) I am certain that there are some who are a bit more deserving, but in all honesty, I have no clue what to do for characters like Winnona and Walter, with Winnona being a builder of sorts and Walter being generally all over the place. I suppose Winnona could get some new builds/upgrades to her existing buildings, perhaps she could get new machines based on what side she picked. Walter... not a dang clue... I genuinely got nothing, he does so many small things and doesn't necessarily excel at anything aside from... fighting things from range really slowly? Willow is always up to no good, Walter follows along with the dangerous things cause hes completely fearless in his dumb way and Wes is unlucky enough to be just in the wrong place as Willow does her dodgy stuff. maxst Posted August 9, 2023 Share Posted August 9, 2023 Would make sense that with the next skill trees there would come a video with a basic survival theme like last time and I think it would be great if it was about how to survive the night with Walter, Willow and Winonna in it. Harrowick Posted August 10, 2023 Share Posted August 10, 2023 If they do keep up with the 3 skill trees per batch, I definitely think Willow and Walter would be great to showcase together for a "how to build a campfire" survivor video, but I'm not sure who I'd have as the third character. My mind jumps to Warly as it would highlight his and Walter's portability (portable crockpot and portable tent) to make a quick makeshift camp? Willow should be last 100%. I can see the more powerful characters getting too powerful if they're done last. Willow done too early might make her too weak comparitively. Devil's avocado against my point, they did well with Woodie and if willow gets the early treatment as well, it could go well, but I think willow is going to be a difficult one to get right. Winona should get a vacuum cleaner.
