Few Wurt Skill Tree Ideas

Yeah a skill to buff merm guards/wurt with planar stats would be needed. 

Be cool if the shadow/lunar affinity allowed wurt to recruit a single super powerful moon merm monster or nightmare merm monster. Kinda like a merm version of the nightmare werepig.

I feel wurt shouldn't get any increase in combat ability either by allowing merm guards to equip weapons or buffs to herself. Her stats are amazing with the merm king alive and merm guards are ridiculously powerful as is. 

Buffs to what you can trade to merm king and what you can get would be awesome... (steal abit from hamlet)  everyday the merm king can present 3 different items you can "buy". It changes every day, but you have to trade one or more different types of fish to "buy" the item eg. Merm king displays a blue gem on his mat- you need to trade a heavy icebream to buy it.

 

 

It would be cool to have a merm shopper who trades things for specific ocean fish.

That actually sounds pretty damn cool, I love that idea

I don't know the Doctrine Idea sounds fun but i think like Durians for crafting would be just määh.. because it takes so long to get them, then get more and more and wääh.. takes like forever

and thats the whole Wurt Problem.. i really love her but it takes so long for her to get "useful" because you need a Ton of Ressources to be useful.. you could just go as other Character and take Pigs as "Folk" i know they not strong as Merms and they sleep and stuff but really ..
And then you go to caves and need all that ressources again to be useful there too.. wow. 

So i wish something that makes her early more useful and something that doesn't need tons of Ressources.. but i sadly dont have any idea :(. 

The Tentacle Spike Idea is kinda nice too but really Tentacle Spike doesn't deal that much DMG so why would you use it if you just could for example use a Darksword.

Also i really WISH we would have cute and cool Skins for Merm-Flort-ifications.. why are there so many for Pig houses but not for Flort-Ifications? Most people dont even enjoy Pighouses or make ugly Farms with that.. xD GIMME SKIN NOOOOOOW (please :( )

The Crafthouse Merm Idea is super cute too but again would need like 1000 tons of ressources just to get automatic ressources.. when you just could play Wicker and read a book at day 2+.

Perhaps so, it's just strange that the merm from the shipwreck suddenly appeared in constant:D although if it is even an ordinary merm, but he will fish or go hiking for a catch, I will be glad

I'm glad you liked this idea! Tentacle spikes will cause additional damage, as in terraria. That is, if you damage an enemy, it receives additional periodic damage. If you stop hitting him, he will still take damage for some time

She is useful early game. Normal merms are severly underrated, you can easily spam their houses. Also automatic resources is not comparable to non automatic resources.

Also Wurt getting no downsides from kelp is really great. Easy low effort food.

It doesn't sound fair, I understand, but on the other hand, this is the style of the game Wurt 《 from dirt to Princes》 it starts small but ends great, bring your people from decline to prosperity. I think if she had everything at once, it would be a different character

on the one hand , eo slightly cancels the interaction of characters , but on the other hand , if she can make a weak cabinet and her weak books , then it would be cool if Wickerbottom could read books written by Wurt and read real spells . For example book: the tale of the valiant guardian, when Wurt reads it, she gets reason, but if Wicker reads it, then a little reason is taken away and 3 guards are called, hit the enemy and run back "into the book" yes, this is not strong magic, but the book was written by a child a It only lowers your mind a little

Something people often overlook is the run down shacks are more than enough for basic gameplay if your mainly in the early game sure they're weaker than post merm king but that's only damage wise and with their high hp they can take out most early game threats so long as you keep them fed and even that isn't hard not to mention they'll save time on harvesting wood, rock, and marble. Though if you want a easy time getting merms early game simply light their house on fire befriend them then put the fire out with a water balloon or a watering can.

it's almost free and very convenient

Thing of it like the Roman’s just sitting around being fat and lazy while plucking grapes/fruits right from the bush.

I understand what you want to make a reference to, but this is more of a medieval European king than a Roman emperor
