So there have been many major updates (or at least I think so)

So I haven't played DST in a long while (6 months) but I plan to start playing again soon. I got to ask though, just how much content has been added to the game? I'd also like to know how much of the new content I could probably be able to figure out on my own without the need of the wiki, a guide or playthrough, and how much of it that I can't.

I've realized that this could potentially be my first time playing DST blind again and I really don't want to spoil it for myself, but I'd like to know whether it's possible for me to figure it out on my own and how I should adjust my expectations regarding the new content in the game.

I don't want to be stuck while playing, unable to figure out anything and just be brewing in frustration, nor do I want to be disappointed by expecting to find gold and leaving with silver.

Just for the record, please try to:

• Avoid direct spoilers, if you must, just hint at something. Unrelated screenshots are alright.
• Use another update as a scale of reference.

Please tell me if there is anything you don't understand.
