Walls and other structures should have a similar regrowth denial as petrification denial range

Recommended Posts

You see the name, the idea and all. Sometimes we just don't want trees to petrify, some of them become decor or potential wood and instead you get rocks. Not complaining at all for having much more rock nitre and flint but it can be a bummer sometimes.

special turf

Yeah I wish turfs, natural and player made, would have some special attributes on the structures or plants placed on top of them. The scaled flooring slows down fire spread, cobblestones give a speed bonus, Wurt's structures require marsh turf AND she gets a speed bonus on it from being a merm. Attributed turfs would make the Terra Firma have some real use aside from decorative purpose.

become decor

Those festive tree planters from winter's feast would serve as decor tree pots.

Not when making large groves to outline the base. This is what I'm on about:

I am thinking of a craftable spray can that when you spray on evergreens it gives an anti-petrification coat (and perhaps stop growing cycles too? idk)

For now if you don't really need to farm the minerals from petrification trees just follow Mike23Ua's words: "You can turn it off in the settings".
