GuardDuty Posted March 30, 2023 Share Posted March 30, 2023 I came across a particular map on my friend's server, where the land appears to be an isolated island, completely cut off from the rest with one turf. There were doubts about the authenticity of this world generation, but upon inspecting the settings, I couldn't find anything unusual. Unfortunately, since the server doesn't have any mods and my friend had already regenerated the world after shutting it down, there's no way to obtain the world gen seed. edit: seems like this kind of isolated land map exists. Another example: curse road on the ocean from slasher's video. I’d be willing to try playing on a mod-less islands Worldgen setting, where the biomes are spread across the sea (not just a tile away) and some are connected through wormholes, kinda thing. I've played this before and it's really fun as an SMP. Everyone is able to claim their own island and having a Maxwell to set up a trade network is helpful too. Only trouble is not being able to revive eachother as easily.
