Restoring of some of the old forum features?

I remember forums had member ranks, which could've been edited after reaching 1000 posts, but now all of them are replaced with "Registered users". Also some of the users still have gifs as their avatars, but now you can set only jpgs and pngs.

Will these features come back some day, or they are now deprecated?

but let's be real for moment, it's been about 5-6 months since that stuff got wiped off the radar

it's just not coming back, I'd like them to, but they're not coming back, simple is that
