Wouldn't there be any new update for Don't Starve RoG, SW or HaM?

I though that I read somewhere that there will be a small turn back for old DS like bugfixes and performance updates. I remember I saw it on a roadmap or on a kind of update.

Am I misremembering?

2021 roadmap mentioned them working on improving the ports of original don't starve to consoles.

Don't starve does this weird thing where the game will hitch for a few seconds ever time the game saves. I don't understand why that should be a thing on a Series X but hopefully they maybe look into it. I hear switch has it the worst though haha!

Well I play ds on the switch and I think I can safely say that version is almost unplayable as I had a bug in which after a world is an indefinite amount of days old you cant load it anymore the game just straight up crashes when attempting to load that world. I had this even happen on a 2 day old world. I stopped playing ds on the switch after that.
