There should be a option to make your day-night cycle longer/shorter

There should be an option to make your day-night cycle longer/shorter I feel like 8 minutes is too short for a full day and I want an opportunity to make the day longer like 24 minutes and 16 minutes, you could even make it shorter like 4 minutes and 2 minutes.

I agree, it would allow for really fun things. I personally feel the days are way too short and if I had the option would like to make them to 16 minutes per day.

More options, more fun versatility.

It would be cool if there was an option to set custom loop of day, duck and night segments (one could do more complicated patterns of day-night cycle) with ability to set custom length of day loop (more than 16 segments or less). Same for seasons.

It could be implemented with mini-diagram that would be shown if player chose "custom" option instead of "default", "only night", etc. (currently available options).
