dst keeps crashing

So dst has been crashing for months now, I always thought it was either due to one of the mods ive been using or that my laptop was not good enough anymore (since other games started acting up too). However, I recently got a new desktop and tried to play dst. it keeps crashing, still. I disabled the mods that were not updated in the last 2 3 months, but it didnt make any difference. Can someone please help? 

The mods i currently have

- display attack range

- extra equip slots

- map revealer for dst

- pugalisk item grinder

- quick pick

- the architech pack

- action queue reborn

- boss indicator

- craft pot

- combined status

- aerial view

- finder

- geometric placement 

- item info

- minimap hud

- special events 

- show tile disabler

Have you tried any worlds without any mods enabled?
Try disabling absolutely all of them and see if you can host a world.

yes i have, i can host a world just fine

Does the crash happen somewhere on the loading vignette screen? Can you load the same world fine if you try a second time or does it never work? Does any crashreport show up in the logs? There is a crash that many people are experiencing right now, which seems to be completely unrelated to mods. But of course, the crashes you have may have a different reason.
