What would you say if RoD would be a skin for a cane and RoH - for the lazy explorer. SecretPizzaMan Posted September 29, 2022 Share Posted September 29, 2022 If I remember correctly, Rod of discord (ROD) is a skin for the lazy explorer, so if you're gonna turn a skin that was previously for the Lazy explorer into a skin for the walking cane and then give a new skin for the Lazy explorer that people will have to buy with (I'm assuming 1350 spools)... I'd understand why some people would be upset. Also why introduce a new skin for the lazy explorer, we already have hundreds of those (exaggerating here). In my games I usually like to pick a skin that fits with the outfit my character is wearing. I also like to prevent overlap with other players and will adjust to not be a duplicate. Nothing mechanical is gained from this, but it makes the world feel better. Backpacks are in the same boat - an overabundance is a good thing. Chests also want an overabundance of skins for different reasons (need more scaled chest skins pls!!) One would not need to purchase the extra skin as all walking cane skins have a corresponding lazy ex skin. Business dog Posted September 29, 2022 Share Posted September 29, 2022 I'm fine with a rod of harmony skin but i think making the RoD skin a cane skin is just ehhhh.
