This is pertaining to all settings and other stuff that are defaulted that I'm not aware of. Everything the game stores is hidin' in the Klei directory for config data and cache in your documents folder, and you could rename it if you wanted to preserve some of it. Steam for workshop mods stores things elsewhere though, and I'm not sure what's stored for ISteamUGC stuff for its management. I'd imagine if you really wanted to do a full slate clean uninstalling Steam entirely should clean up whatever mod residue it maintains. I think OP is referring to things such as plant registry and cookbooks for both gorge and survival. I don't know what file(s) contain the data for the plant registry, or the data for gorge and survival cookbooks but I know they exist within the .klei/DoNotStarveTogether/ folder. If you rename that folder to something else (like DoNotStarveTogether0/), it does not exist to the game, and so the game will create a new DoNotStarveTogether/ and all configurations and user-data, like worlds, will be like as if you just installed the game for the first time. Your skins will be fine if you do this and you can rename your old DoNotStarveTogether/ (Now called DoNotStarveTogether0/) back to it's original name, your changes will be reverted. If you happen to find the file(s) that contain that data, deleting or moving them will reset them to "factory settings".
