Can No Get The Game To Boot

i just bought the game on steam and it boots up and gives me a black screen and freezes and then crash. I am pretty computer dumb when it comes to the tech side. My pc can run high graphic's games like Cyberpunk 2077  Any help full advice would be awesome. Thank you

Could you attach your Player.log and dxdiag? Instructions on how to find those files.

When the game crashes it typically displays an error message with a duplicant image and doesn't close the game. A black screen sounds like a system configuration issue or a graphics driver issue. Those two files will help me figure out what's going on. In the meantime you could try updating your graphic drivers.

check windows system files integrity, by opening Command prompt (run as administrator) type  sfc /scannow then hit enter. That usually fixes my problems

generic suggestion without infos: u might wanna right click the game in Steam Library, hit Properties, click Local Files then click the Verify integrity of game files button

This is the weirdest suggestion, allow Oxygen Not Included through the Windows firewall. Games sometimes simply crash if they cannot initialize first time startup DRM verification or something.
