Gating rewards is not to my taste but that could somewhat boost the Swashbuckler Packs purchase. Have at least a full Swashbuckler set for any character, get the Shanty Emote. When i think about it it would be funny those instrument made human voices at some circumstances since it's vice versa and people make instrument sounds.
