Possibilities on monkey hut becoming a buildable structure

The monkey hut is actually pretty to look at, despite being annoying. I myself wouldn't bother making used of it since I'd rather not deal with the monkeys, but I think it's somewhat reasonable to add it as a buildable structure, given that: 

1) there are already many animal huts we can build in the game.

2) the transformation into Wonkey might give the player knowledge of how to build a monkey hut.

(So, I think it makes sense if the characters are able to build monkey huts after transformation, maybe it could even be an alternative way to deal with the curse)

3) players tend to destroy them for being annoying, but they may actually prefer moving it elsewhere

However, there are also reasons why the hut better stay un-renewable, one that I could come up with is:

1) the hut looks like something you expect to see at a zoo, and part of it looks like steel. So maybe Wagstaff built them instead of monkeys, and monkeys aren't capable of building a structure like this anyway. 

What's the forum's opinion?( I haven't been on the forum for a while, and search results say it hasn't been discussed yet. )

It's obviously made out of scrap, wood and a palmcone tree, so I think it was cobbled together by the monkeys with the materials they had, so maybe cut stone, palmcone scales and boards?

Makes sense! The scrap resembles broken pieces near the unnatural portal, so could also use some frazzled wires and gears ( and ropes)

But it also looks like growing on a tree, so maybe Palmcone Tree + Monkey Hut Paraphernalia (?) + some random materials = monkey hut?
