(Exclusive)Skins/Items redeemed on wrong steam account

Hi so I have been looking for any type of answer to this issue EVERYWHERE and couldn't find anything.

One of my family members had used two of my item redemption codes for "Webber's Webrolly" and "Fiery Witch's Hat" which are exclusive skins I had gotten from POP figures. I've been saving them for a while for when I had a PC and the game ofc but then I found out it had been used. I was wondering if there was somehow a way to transfer/gift those items to a my/different steam account? 

I'm extremely new to steam and DST so idk.. anyways!! If anyone knows to to transfer items to a new steam account that would be great! (If it's possible ofc).

That's unfortunate- you will need to to either make a request via Klei form:

https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Or DM a Klei dev here on the forums. Try the form first though, then it's guaranteed to reach someone who can help you.

EDIT: wait, I think the items you're talking about are trade able? If yes, add the person who used your codes to your friends list and trade them via steam.

You can trade those items to the correct account via Steam's trading system, as the items you've mentioned are tradeable.
