Rebuilding Earth

Recommended Posts

Should really be a thing for a sort of true end game. Basically pull a Titan AE and use the resources across all the planetoids to restore the planet.
You'd first have to send a dupe through the temporal tear, then after 10 or so cycles, the dupe in an escape pod would emerge next to and then crash land onto your starting planetoid, which will then unlock new rocket section blueprints that requires abyssalite to build. You'd then send these sections into space to combine into the thing required to start restoring Earth.

You'd then send rockets containing resources for the build to the newly made Plan-e-nator. This will require every naturally found resource to varying degrees.

I'll put more details here later.

There's probably gonna be different stages of the game to be released in the future so if they are gonna end the lore, I hope it will be in a much later stage of release otherwise the lore will be cut short pretty early.

Having said that, the issue that needs to be sorted isn't rebuilding earth but to fix the time distortions as even the new earth is likely to implode at some point with how unstable the dimension is.

If there is any hint of the intended ending, it is the newspaper hint from the lore where there is a expectation that a message from the future (Or a person/dupe?) will be sent into the past which will change the events of the future (Assuming the dupes figure out a way to sort out the time paradox and dimensional leakage),

Who knows, maybe the events of the present is intended in order to find a solution to the paradox if a message is sent to the past ,perhaps the message was already sent to the past and Director Stein hid it from Dr Olivia, if so, perhaps Director Stein seemed rushed and profit sighted, but in the end was simply setting up a future that could change the past and in turn the present for the better.

In the end this is simple a opinion, A ONI opinion, good night folks

I got a feeling they`ll rather do some spacetime boogaloo with all sorts of weird events and possibly rebuilding the temporal bow - the machine that caused all that trouble. I can imagine shifting zones (like the planet in the trailer) where stuff periodically changes giving you different resources or switching to a different PoI. Maybe the goal of the game would be to stabilize the timespace continuum or destabilize it to change the past. It can go both ways.

Who knows maybe somebody survived on Earth and you can contact them allowing for some trade and unlocking new tech. They could ask us to build some dangerous tech far from them which could be an interesting challenge.

In terms of how it would work with what was said in the op, that would be something you'll need to do before you can actually start up the machine.
