Has this been happening to any one else?

Please note: I did not start playing until after the first bug fix for the update was released. I've started two separate worlds as WX-78. In both worlds I run across more dead survivors than I do as other characters. And one of the first few always seem to have a rabbit trap and rope. I haven't messed with the settings either. This might just be a coincidence, a very lucky one, but I was wondering if anyone else has started a new world as WX since the refresh and has had this happen?

In the Wolfgang beta I got a walking cane right at the start, as if to compensate for his speed removal. Perhaps Klei is watching over us.

Probably just lucky.

Although I gotta say, the last worlds before the start of the WX-78 rework beta have had failed survivors with walking canes beside them. The last one having two of them and the one before it having only one.

Strange odds. Here are a few of mine: 

1.Before the update, the clean sweeper was expensive to craft, so I always chop TOT but I never got one, while one of my friends got one every single time

2. I seem to get the glowberry+depth-worm combo all the time, someone says it's actually a rare set piece 

3. I started with Wanda twice and in both times I picked up tophats near the florid postern. It's really helpful since Wanda needs to craft magic really early.

I also get it all the time. I don't think it's actually rare.
