suggestion WX Should Have Base 100 Stats

I'm not sure what percent of players play Wanda exclusively as Old Form only, or like Wes or Maxwell, but I feel like it's a smaller percentile of players. Not sure if we have some numbers we can look at. 

What I'm getting at is, the players that are confident that will always ignore a characters stats in favor of some serious benefits will always do just that, but also be a smaller percent of the player base... high risk high reward I guess you can look at it, in terms of Wanda being Old.

Choosing to nerf WX stats for the sake of forcing 90% of players to opt into making him only a 400hp meat shield, rather than a Heater or light source or a fridge, simply is boring. But also so is just speedy night vision boys. Lol

I think some middle ground can be found. Not sure how, but it needs to be.

The middle ground became 125 HP, 125 Hunger, and 150 sanity.
