Giving a Lureplant Trash can capabilities?

As it currently stands, Lureplants can be used to get rid of garbage, but they're slow, sorta random, kinda dangerous, un-intuitive, etc. Two potential ways for them to keep in their role, but be less dangerous:

1. You can open it up like a chest, and throw items in

2. You can craft a "trash can", that it lives inside, like Oscar the Grouch.

what exactly do you mean with slow, random? It's easier than ever to approach eyeplants with QuickDrop now.

there is good mod like trash can wich can destroy all items in game
