Mr_Natsu Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 I just started a new world on my new M1 fanless Mac and with a thermometer - first test : 90*C - second test : 89*C - third test 50* ( a weird drop of temp which cause no issue of performance) - fourth 90*C - fifth 60*C Any idea about this ? babba Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 ------------ A way to avoid cpu thermal throttling is to remove computer cases and to apply good cooling solutions - If desired by the users Downside of hot components: Increased energy consumption and chip/components wear.
