As for webber I would put him in the bottom tier as his upsides completely negate his downsides.

I could see moving Webber up to share a tier with WX, but personally his downsides do come into play in my experience. His lower base sanity can make caving a pain, and permanent aggro from bunny-men makes Bee Queen very difficult... though this is pre-rework experience. I know his spiders as being useful for stuff like Vargs and Moose/Goose, but not so much else. I guess with nurse spiders he's probably quite a bit better than I remember.

No not really. I'd personally put her in "A bit easier than Wilson" pile.

His spiders dominate nearly every boss without a fear attack getting alot more mileage than other followers due to most bosses being unable to kill them their even able to kill end game bosses like champ if you give them some armor. His low sanity can be countered by sanity equips and his den mechanic. Bee queen is abit harder due to her fear attack but his spiders still help alot in the fight. Overall his spiders dominate most areas in combat and he's techincally invincible outside of boss fights. Since his horde destroys anything that looks at him funny while healing him and the rest of his horde.
