Blocking Checkpoint mode

Currently the Duplicant Checkpoint is of rather limited utility. It can be used to cause dupes to wait for a bit, but it cannot be used for access control, since dupes will path through it.

It would be nice to have an alternate mode where the Duplicant Checkpoint blocks pathing, controlling one-way access to a region without locking dupes inside, or requiring an escape hatch.
